About us

A Journey of Faith with New Songs of Praise

From Humble Beginnings to a Blessed Future

New Songs of Praise was established on June 7, 2015, under divine guidance. I, Dennis Culver, serve as Pastor and Founder, alongside my wife, Sabrina Culver, as First Lady. Our journey began in 2012 when God called me to pastoral ministry at Holy Hill COGIC. A pivotal moment came during a sermon by Pastor Billy, inspiring me to start the ministry. Our humble beginnings were in my parents’ home in Decatur, GA, and the name “New Songs of Praise” reflects Psalm 96:1. After eight years in our initial church, God blessed us with a new building in Ellenwood, GA, on January 16, 2024.
